The Children of Lake Atitlan is a Non-Profit 501-c(3) Organization whose sole purpose is to provide support for children who attend the New Dawning Christian School in San Juan La Laguna, Guatemala. Founded in December 0f 2004, we have donated over $250,000 to the school in the form of sponsorships. Your donation of $25 a month pays for the education of one child for a month! All of our staff are volunteers, and our administrative cost is less than 5%. Over 95% of your donation goes directly to the education of 250 children who attend grades Pre-k through grade 9 in the school.

All of our administrative staff are volunteers. The only ones who receive benefits from your donations are teachers at the school and the children.

Less than 5% of your donation goes to administrative costs.

You have the opportunity to communicate regularly with the child you sponsor.
